The Renter shall not modify, alter, or remove any part of the Machine.The Renter is responsible for ensuring the Machine is free from any damages caused by misuse, negligence, or unauthorized alterations.
5. The Renter assumes full responsibility and liability for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred during the rental period. The Renter agrees to hold the Owner harmless from any claims, costs, damages, or liabilities arising from the use of the Machine
