Yes, all customers are required to pay the lock in deposit to secure the date and time of their event.

The lock in deposit is not refundable for any reason of cancellation. 

The Fun Claw understands that life happens and because of this, we work with our valued customers to help reschedule an event for any reason of cancellation.

Delivery is not always included in the price due to several factors such as the distance of the location, expected traffic wait time, and time of the delivery.

Please contact us to determine if a delivery fee is required.

No, under no circumstances would The Fun Claw allow for a customer to pick up the machine. It is to dangerous and expensive if accidents were to occur.

The Fun Claw has many machines which can be viewed under "Our Machines" page. All specs and dimensions of the machines can be found on this page.

Renters are to ensure that the machine being rented can fit through the available entries of the home.

No, once machines are placed by our team in the requested location by the renter. There is an absolute zero tolerance for moving machines as we lock the wheels and level the machines, serious bodily injury or death can occur from improper moving and placement.

Yes, the machines can be used outdoors. Preferably in a shaded area or under a cover of some sort i.e. covered patio, canopy etc. If rain is forecasted, the machine must be inside or centrally located under a large patio cover.

Yes, Renters are responsible for ensuring the Machine is free from any damages caused by misuse, negligence, or unauthorized alterations. If damages occur, damages will be assessed, and renters will be charged.

Damages are not the same as normal wear and tear. Customers will not be held responsible for normal wear and tear.

We have several different packages that include plushies and the packages can be viewed under Our Packages page!

Yes, all prizes in whichever package you choose are included and get to be kept by the renter at the end of the event.

Yes, additional plushies can be purchased individually or in packages which can be viewed on "Our Packages" page.

Yes, The Fun Claw understands that there are certain prizes that your guest will love which we just might not carry. Because of this, we allow you to add your own prizes in addition to the ones included in your package or can be substituted entirely for yours.

Additionally, The Fun Claw must approve any prizes that you supply due to the ability and strength of the machines claw.

Yes, The Fun Claw carries MANY types of plushies which can be viewed on our "Plushie Collection" page. There you can pick and choose which plushies are up for grabs in you Fun Claw!

While it is a possibility that the machine can run out of prizes during the rental period, it is unlikely that it will. We program the machine to last the duration of the rental period given the factors of, the amount of guest, other attractions at the event, and the type of event. With all these taken into consideration, the prizes should last the duration of the rental period so long as there is no huge prize to number of guest ratio gap.

Yes, The Fun Claw allows for simple hourly rentals.
